Shipping, Delivery and Refund Policy
For products that are in stock, we
ship within 1-3 business days from the time you place the order. We ship
via several of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the
United States Postal Service (USPS). The time in transit will vary
depending on the carrier that you choose and your delivery location.

If your items have arrived damaged call or submit a claim online with
the carrier that delivered your package, within (24) hours of receipt to

- Order Discrepancy
Customers must notify Dayton
Air Control Products of any discrepancy between what you ordered and
what you received within (3) days of the receipt date so that we may
investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
- Refund Policy – Money Back Guarantee

days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization
number is required for all returns. See Warranty on how to obtain a
return authorization and for other specific requirements. Returns must
meet the following conditions:

- Items must be unused or defective to be returned
- C.O.D. items cannot be accepted.
