Shipping, Delivery and Refund Policy

Effective 06/01/2011

  1. Shipping
    For products that are in stock, we ship within 1-3 business days from the time you place the order. We ship via several of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). The time in transit will vary depending on the carrier that you choose and your delivery location.

  2. Delays in Shipping
    On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. This includes:
    1. Products that are not normally stocked and therefore must be specially produced.
    2. Products that are normally stocked but are temporarily out of stock.

    In such case you will be notified via email by HeightControlValve.com. You can choose to cancel all or any portion of your order that has not shipped. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you with the expected ship date.

  3. Custom Products
    Customized Products, those products designed for your specific application are not eligible for a full refund. Custom Products will be quoted with specific conditions as applicable to the order. The cost to cancel the order will be dependent on the costs incurred as of the date of the cancellation, but not less than 50% of the original order.
     
  4. Damaged Shipment
    If your items have arrived damaged call or submit a claim online with the carrier that delivered your package, within (24) hours of receipt to report a claim.

                    USPS Local Post Office Branch or USPS.com
     
  5. Order Discrepancy
    Customers must notify Dayton Air Control Products of any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received within (3) days of the receipt date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
     
  6. Refund Policy – Money Back Guarantee
    All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within (30) days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. See Warranty on how to obtain a return authorization and for other specific requirements. Returns must meet the following conditions:
    1. Return Authorization Number on package or attached paperwork.
    2. Complete item in the original carton or packaging.
    3. Items must be unused or defective to be returned
    4. C.O.D. items cannot be accepted.
    5.  Mail the Return to the address below.
    6. Shipping and Handling Charges on the original order are non-refundable.
    7. All returns must be shipped at buyer’s cost
       
  7. Changes to the Shipping, Delivery and Refund Policy
    Dayton Air Control Products LLC reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
