King of the Road Limited Warranty

What does your warranty cover?

Any defect in material or workmanship of your Leveling or Height Control Valve.

For how long?

Good for 30 months or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
The warranty begins from the date of manufacture.

How do you make a warranty claim?

Request a return authorization (PH: 800.831.1893) or (FX: 937.254.4475) within 30 days of defect discovery. After return authorization has been issued, send part, transportation charges prepaid.

Include all correspondence, packing slips, and internal analysis report, including vehicle mileage when part was installed and when it was determined to be defective. Write the return authorization number on the packing slip.

What will we do?

If defective, we'll replace the part or issue a credit to the original purchaser. Credit will be the unit price in effect at the time of purchase, plus freight charges if authorized.

What does your warranty not cover?

Failures from negligence, alteration, accident, abuse, improper installation or improper use
Costs incurred for removal or installation
Loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of use of the vehicle or other incidental or consequential damages
Shipping charges if not authorized at the time return authorization is issued.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and of any non-contractual liabilities including product liabilities based upon negligence or strict liability. In no event shall King of the Road/Dayton Air Control Products LLC be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including(without limitation) any damages for personal injury or property damages of other or other product liabilities based upon alleged negligence or breach of express or implied warranties or strict liability. King of the Road/Dayton Air Control Products LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other obligation in connection with the sale of leveling and height control valve products.
